CRISIS is the toxic waste cleanup advocacy group of
Bridgewater Township, New Jersey. CRISIS has been providing critical
and technical oversight on behalf of the public (regarding the American
Cyanamid/Pfizer Superfund site) since 1992.
A repository of remediation
reports, letters, studies and EPA/DEP dispositions, as well as CRISIS responses
and positions is at the Somerset City Library, Bridgewater Branch, 1 Vogt
Drive, Bridgewater, NJ 08807. It is open to any member of the public.
The Cyanamid/Pfizer toxic waste EPA designated superfund site is located on the Raritan River just upstream of Bound Brook and South Bound Brook, NJ
